PAT DWIGHT

Pat Dwight’s background in business spans more than twenty-five years in Southern California. During this time, she has continued to incorporate a high level of ethics and quality standards in in both the corporate and client environment.

Pat has specialized in Marketing Communications and Public Relations, and has managed the creation of sales collateral, planned annual PR strategies, trade show management and Web site copywriting. She has also developed editorial guidelines and written feature articles for business newsletters and e-Zines.

As the General Manager of SDA, Pat manages day-to-day operations, new business development, management of division employees and client supervision.

Education and Personal Summary:

Majoring in business administration, Dwight graduated from the Fort Worth School of Business in 1966. In 1989 she attended the University of California, Irvine, where she majored in marketing and business communications. Outside interests include softball and reading. Dwight has one daughter and resides in Laguna Woods, California with her husband.

TANIS CAMPBELL

Tanis Campbell, is also the President of Dot Wizards, a hands-on professional executive manager with a proven record of success across multiple business disciplines including general management, operations, finance, marketing and sales. Articulate, creative and entrepreneurial, she excels at offering innovative and practical solutions to real world business opportunities.

With more than 30 years experience in the electronic and computer industry, she has demonstrated an ability to lead others to produce desired results. Significant engagements include working with a Southern California Professional Purchasing Group for Physicians, a Texas based commercial real estate and development company providing all websites for the organization, creating a content managed website for a scientific measurement company, working with an Internet software company as a consultant to their professional services and sales organization. 

In this role she helped implement a solution selling approach for web based content management, scoping and specifying on-line capability for multiple customers; performing web assessment and e-business readiness assessment of a leading document management company; managing the creation of the business plan, presentation and sample web pages for a brick and mortar clients' transition to a "click and mortar" company; and created product launch plan (including creation of a prototype of the product), market verification as VP of Business Development (Consultant) for a high density packaging company.

At Toshiba America Electronic Components for 12 years, Tanis served in a number of positions, including Director of Business Process Development, Project Director for a multi-million dollar program implementing Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office company-wide, and Director of Memory Marketing. In this role she successfully managed a 45 person team responsible for all product management, including Profit and Loss, for Toshiba's Memory Product Line in North America which had revenue of $1.2 billion per year. Prior to Toshiba, she worked at a Semiconductor Company (AMI) in a number of roles, starting in Finance as a Budget Analyst doing company consolidations, progressing through Product Line Controller and then transitioning to Marketing as a Product Marketing Manager.

Prior to forming Dot Wizards, her most recent corporate assignment was VP of Business Development and Consulting at IKON Office Solutions, Technology Services where she was responsible for business development and client solutions focusing on messaging, collaboration and e-business internet based solutions. She was also the Business Development Manager for IKON's Center of Excellence for the IBM / IKON National Alliance.

Tanis lives in Corona del Mar with her dog, where they are seen regularly on their daily walks.
